How AI can improve your WFM Experience (and how it can make it worse)!

Over the last several months, I've been taking up a project in how I can make Workforce Management a better tool. Is it really possible to build something from the ground up using expertise, knowledge of statistical data, spreadsheets and transform all that into something great? Well the answer is, yes. I've spent the last several months building by hand from a complex holt-winters erlang requirement spreadsheet to a full bodied capacity plan that is web enabled on a multi-user PostgreSQL database. Mama would be proud, and so would MeMaw. I miss them both.
